By using T.Social ("the Service") you agree to these terms.
The Service
The Service generates and publishes content to social accounts you connect. You are responsible for the accounts you connect and the content you schedule.
Your responsibilities
- You must own or be authorized to manage every account you connect.
- Your content and posting activity must comply with the terms and policies of Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and any other connected platform, and with applicable law.
- No spam, deceptive activity, harassment, infringement, or automated behavior that violates a platform's rules.
- Keep your login secure; you are responsible for activity under your account.
Acceptable use
Do not probe, overload, or disrupt the Service; do not attempt to access other users' data; do not resell the Service without permission.
Availability & content generation
The Service is provided "as is" with no uptime guarantee. Automated posting runs on a best-effort schedule and depends on third-party APIs (Meta, Pinterest, image generation) that may fail or change. Generated text and images are produced from templates and third-party generators; review them before relying on them.
Termination
You may delete your account at any time from Account settings. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or platform policies.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from third-party platform actions (including account restrictions or content removal).
Changes
We may update these terms; continued use after a change means you accept it.
